This large cypress wood tofu mold is as close as it gets to a traditional Japanese tofu press. It measures 7.5 inches by 5.5 inches, with a depth of 4 inches. It is sturdy and reusable, and can handle a large slab of tofu weighing up to 3.5 lbs. The press comes with one re-usable cheese cloth that measures 20" by 14". The cheese cloth is re-usable and machine washable. We recommend washing the cheesecloth with bleach between each use.
